Luciana Corsi

As a kid, rambling on the hills surrounding Verona, I started collecting flowers and leaves of the fanciest shape; I would keep them in my precious herbal, with names real or imaginary.

My art was born as a result of this childish game. My style is personal and mixed; free from artistic conventions, I express myself freely.

I make pantings, sculptures and ornaments on wood, cardboard and blown glass. I sketch shapes (little birds, gnomes, butterflies) with acrylic paint to enrich my collages made of flowres and leaves. Nature is my muse, my herbal is my palette.
